Keep track of your vendors and subcontractors in one place.

Adding a Vendor

1. Go to **Vendors** from the sidebar
2. Click **Add Vendor**
3. Enter vendor details:

Vendor Directory

Your vendor directory shows: - All vendors associated with your organization - Their contact information and specialties - Active work orders - Payment history

Vendor Scope (Visibility Control)

Control what vendors can see when they interact with your projects: - Set visibility per category - Limit access to specific project information - Protect sensitive financial data

Linking Vendors Across Organizations

If a vendor is also a ZonaPlan user: - Their organization can be linked to yours - This enables smoother bidding and communication - Both sides can see relevant project information

Working with Vendors on Work Orders

1. Create a work order
2. Open it for bids
3. Your vendors can see and bid on the work
4. Award to the best vendor
5. Track progress and payments
