ZonaPlan's unified search helps you find anything quickly.
How to Search
- Click the **Search** icon or press the search shortcut
- Type your search query
- Results appear grouped by type (projects, tasks, documents, etc.)
- Click a result to navigate directly to it
What You Can Search
- **Projects**: By name, address, or description
- **Tasks**: By title, description, or status
- **Documents**: By name or content
- **Notes**: By content
- **Team Members**: By name or phone number
- **Vendors**: By company name or contact
Search Tips
- Use specific keywords for better results
- Search results respect your permissions — you only see what you have access to
- Recent searches are remembered for quick access
- Results update as you type
