Safety Templates

Templates are reusable inspection checklists: 1. Go to **Safety** → **Templates** 2. Click **Create Template** 3. Add inspection items and checklists 4. Save for reuse across projects

Conducting an Inspection

1. Go to **Safety** → **Inspections**
2. Click **New Inspection**
3. Select a template or create a custom inspection
4. Go through each checklist item
5. Mark items as pass/fail
6. Add photos of any issues found
7. Submit the inspection

Inspection Results

After submitting: - Results are stored with the project - Failed items can generate follow-up tasks - Inspections create an audit trail for compliance - Reports show safety trends over time

Organization Safety Settings

Configure safety settings per organization or project: - Required inspection frequency - Default templates for project types - Notification settings for failed items
