Capture information quickly with notes and voice input.

Creating Notes

  1. Go to **Notes** from the sidebar
  2. Click **Create Note**
  3. Write your note content
  4. Optionally link it to a project
  5. Save

Note Features

  • **Rich Text**: Format notes with basic formatting
  • **Project Linking**: Associate notes with specific projects
  • **Search**: Find notes quickly by searching content
  • **Archive**: Archive old notes to keep your list clean

Converting Notes to Tasks

Turn a note into an actionable task: 1. Open a note 2. Click **Convert to Task** 3. The note content becomes the task description 4. Assign it to a team member and set a due date

Voice Notes (Mobile)

On the mobile app: 1. Tap the microphone icon 2. Speak your note 3. ZonaPlan transcribes it using AI 4. Review and save the transcription 5. Optionally convert to a task

Best Practices

  • Use notes for quick field observations
  • Convert important items to tasks so they don't get lost
  • Link notes to projects for context
  • Archive completed notes to stay organized
