Clocking In and Taking Photos on Mobile

The mobile app makes time tracking and photo documentation seamless from the field.

Clock In on Mobile

1. Open the app
2. Tap the **Clock** tab
3. Select your project
4. Allow location access if prompted
5. Take a selfie if required by your organization
6. Tap **Clock In**
7. Your location and time are recorded

During the Day

While clocked in, you can see: - Elapsed time on your current shift - Which project you're clocked into - Quick access to project tasks

Clock Out on Mobile

1. Tap the **Clock** tab
2. Add notes about the work done
3. If you're the closeout person:
4. Tap **Clock Out**

Taking Site Photos

Capture project documentation: 1. Open a task or the project activity 2. Tap the camera icon 3. Take a photo or select from your gallery 4. Add a caption or description 5. The photo is uploaded and linked to the project

Photo Best Practices

• Take progress photos at the start and end of each day
• Document issues or deficiencies immediately
• Include context in photos (wider shots plus close-ups)
• Use captions to describe what the photo shows
