Getting Started with the Mobile App

The ZonaPlan mobile app is designed for field crews and supervisors who need to manage work from the job site.

Downloading the App

  • **iOS**: Download from the Apple App Store
  • **Android**: Download from Google Play Store
  • Search for "ZonaPlan" to find it

Logging In

  1. Open the app
  2. Enter your phone number
  3. Enter the OTP code sent via SMS
  4. You're in — the app loads your organization and projects

Mobile Dashboard

The mobile dashboard adapts to your role: - **Crew**: See assigned tasks, clock in/out button, and recent activity - **Foreman**: See team status, task management, clock controls, and closeout duties - **Admin/Assistant**: Full access to projects, reports, team, and settings

  • **Clock In/Out**: With GPS and optional selfie capture
  • **Task Management**: View, update, and complete tasks
  • **Photo Capture**: Take and upload site photos
  • **Voice Commands**: Use the AI assistant with voice
  • **Notifications**: Real-time push notifications for updates
  • **Offline Support**: Basic functionality works without connectivity
