Inviting and Managing Team Members

Sending Invitations

  1. Go to your organization **Team** section
  2. Click **Invite Member**
  3. Enter the person's phone number
  4. Select a role for them (Admin, Assistant, Foreman, Crew, or custom)
  5. Send the invitation

How Invitations Work

  • The invited person receives a notification when they log in to ZonaPlan
  • If they don't have an account yet, they'll create one with that phone number
  • Once accepted, they appear in your organization's member list
  • Pending invitations can be cancelled before they're accepted

Changing a Member's Role

  1. Go to **Team**
  2. Click on the member
  3. Select a new role
  4. Their permissions update immediately

Removing a Member

  1. Go to **Team**
  2. Click on the member
  3. Select **Remove**
  4. They lose access to your organization and all its projects
  5. Their historical data (clock entries, task completions) is preserved

Multiple Organizations

Team members can belong to multiple organizations: - Each organization has its own role assignment - They can switch between organizations in the app - Data is completely separate between organizations
