Invite members, manage roles, and handle team changes.
Inviting and Managing Team Members
Sending Invitations
- Go to your organization **Team** section
- Click **Invite Member**
- Enter the person's phone number
- Select a role for them (Admin, Assistant, Foreman, Crew, or custom)
- Send the invitation
How Invitations Work
- The invited person receives a notification when they log in to ZonaPlan
- If they don't have an account yet, they'll create one with that phone number
- Once accepted, they appear in your organization's member list
- Pending invitations can be cancelled before they're accepted
Changing a Member's Role
- Go to **Team**
- Click on the member
- Select a new role
- Their permissions update immediately
Removing a Member
- Go to **Team**
- Click on the member
- Select **Remove**
- They lose access to your organization and all its projects
- Their historical data (clock entries, task completions) is preserved
Multiple Organizations
Team members can belong to multiple organizations: - Each organization has its own role assignment - They can switch between organizations in the app - Data is completely separate between organizations
