Managing Documents and Files

Keep all your project documents organized and accessible in ZonaPlan.

Uploading Documents

  1. Open a project
  2. Go to the **Documents** section
  3. Click **Upload** to add files
  4. Supported formats: PDF, images, Word docs, spreadsheets, and more

Document Organization

  • Documents are organized by project
  • Add descriptions and tags for easy searching
  • View upload date and who uploaded the file

Document Annotations

Mark up documents directly in ZonaPlan: 1. Open a document 2. Use annotation tools to add notes and markups 3. Save annotations — they're visible to the team 4. Add comments on specific parts of the document

Document Comments

  • Discuss documents with your team
  • Comments are threaded for organized conversations
  • Reference specific pages or sections

File Storage

  • Files are securely stored in the cloud
  • Access from any device (web or mobile)
  • Files remain available even after project completion
  • No file size limits for standard project documents
