Daily Closeout Reports

Daily closeout reports are auto-compiled summaries of each day's work on a project.

How It Works

1. **Auto-Assignment**: When crew clocks in, a closeout person is auto-assigned (foreman gets priority)
2. **During the Day**: Crew works on tasks, clocks time, and completes work
3. **At Clock-Out**: The closeout person must submit at least one site photo/video
4. **Report Compilation**: The system compiles clock data, completed tasks, and media submissions into a daily report

What's Included

• Who was on site and for how long
• Tasks completed during the day
• Photos and videos submitted
• Notes from crew members

Sharing with Clients

You can share daily closeout reports with clients via: - **Client Deck**: PIN-protected web link that clients can visit without an account - **Shareable Activity Links**: Token-based links with configurable expiry (1-365 days)

Reassigning the Closeout Person

If the auto-assigned person isn't the right choice: 1. A foreman, assistant, or admin can manually reassign 2. The new closeout person takes over responsibility for that day's report
