Sharing Projects with Clients via Client Deck

The Client Deck gives your clients a view into project progress without needing a ZonaPlan account.

What is the Client Deck?

A PIN-protected web page that clients can visit to see: - Daily closeout reports with photos - Project activity and progress updates - Material selections awaiting approval - Overall project timeline

Setting Up Client Deck

  1. Open the project
  2. Go to **Settings** or **Sharing**
  3. Enable **Client Deck**
  4. Set a PIN code for the client
  5. Share the link and PIN with your client

What Clients Can See

  • **Daily Reports**: Auto-shared closeout reports with site photos
  • **Activity Feed**: Key project milestones and updates
  • **Material Selections**: Items needing client approval
  • **Progress Overview**: High-level project status

What Clients Cannot See

  • Financial details (budgets, invoices, costs)
  • Internal team communications
  • Detailed clock data or payroll
  • Internal notes

Material Selection Approvals

Clients can approve or reject material selections directly from the Client Deck: 1. You send selections for approval 2. Client receives a notification 3. They review and approve/reject each item 4. Your team is notified of their decisions
