Using the Calendar

The calendar gives you a visual overview of project schedules and team availability.

Calendar Views

  • **Day View**: See everything happening on a specific day
  • **Week View**: Overview of the current week
  • **Month View**: High-level monthly view

What's on the Calendar

  • **Project Tasks**: Tasks with due dates appear on their scheduled days
  • **Team Time Off**: Approved time off for team members
  • **Milestones**: Key project milestones and deadlines
  • **Clock Entries**: Where team members have clocked in

Filtering

  • Filter by project to see only tasks for a specific project
  • Filter by team member to see one person's schedule
  • Toggle categories on/off for a cleaner view
