How It Works

1. Start the **Auto Scope Wizard** when creating a project
2. Describe the project in plain language (e.g., "3-bedroom house renovation including kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring")
3. The AI analyzes your description
4. It generates a complete task list with:

Reviewing the Generated Scope

• Review each task group and its tasks
• Add, remove, or modify tasks as needed
• Adjust timelines and dependencies
• Assign team members to tasks

Converting to a Project

Once you're happy with the scope: 1. Confirm the generated tasks 2. The project is created with all tasks 3. Start assigning team members and setting dates 4. Activate the project when ready

Tips for Best Results

• Be specific about the type of work (renovation, new construction, etc.)
• Mention specific rooms, areas, or systems
• Include scope details like "including permits" or "with demolition"
• The more detail you provide, the better the generated scope
