Profile Settings

Update your personal information: 1. Go to **Settings** → **Profile** 2. Update your name 3. Change your profile photo 4. Save your changes

Notification Preferences

Control what notifications you receive: 1. Go to **Settings** → **Notifications** 2. Toggle notifications for: - Task assignments and updates - Clock reminders - Invoice and payment updates - Team activity - Safety alerts 3. Choose between push notifications, in-app, or both

Organization Settings (Admins)

Admins can configure organization-wide settings: - **Clock Settings**: GPS requirements, selfie verification, geofence radius - **Role Management**: Create and modify roles - **Feature Settings**: Enable or disable features for the organization - **Billing**: Manage subscription and payment methods

Security

  • Phone-based authentication — no passwords to manage
  • OTP verification for each login
  • Session management — log out of other devices
  • All data encrypted in transit and at rest

Switching Organizations

If you belong to multiple organizations: 1. Click the organization name in your sidebar 2. Select the organization to switch to 3. All data updates to that organization's context
