Create a project, add tasks, and assign team members.

Creating Your First Project

Create the Project

  1. Go to the **Projects** page
  2. Click **Create Project**
  3. Fill in the project details:

Add Tasks

  1. Open your new project
  2. Go to the **Tasks** tab
  3. Click **Add Task** to create tasks
  4. Organize tasks into **groups** for better structure
  5. Set **dependencies** between tasks to define the order of work
  6. Assign tasks to team members

Task Properties

Each task can have: - **Status**: IDLE → OPEN → IN_PROGRESS → ON_HOLD → REQUIRE_INSPECTION → DONE - **Category**: Organize by type of work - **Due Date**: When the task should be completed - **Assignee**: Who is responsible - **Require Inspection**: Whether completion needs verification - **Require Media**: Whether photos must be submitted - **Attachments**: Documents and photos related to the task

Assign Team Members

Go to the **Team** tab in your project to: 1. Add organization members to the project 2. Only members with clock permissions can be added 3. Team members can then clock in/out of this specific project
