Creating Your Account

Getting started with ZonaPlan takes less than a minute.

Step 1: Enter Your Phone Number

Visit the ZonaPlan app and enter your mobile phone number. We use phone-based authentication for simplicity and security — no passwords to remember.

Step 2: Verify with OTP

You'll receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS. Enter it to verify your identity.

Step 3: Set Up Your Profile

After verification, you'll be prompted to enter your name. You can also upload a profile photo — this helps your team identify you in the app.

Step 4: Create or Join an Organization

If you're the first person from your company, create a new organization. If a colleague has already set things up, ask them to send you an invitation.
