GPS Clock In/Out

Learn how to clock in and out with GPS and selfie verification.

GPS Clock In/Out

ZonaPlan's time tracking captures GPS location and optional selfie verification when crew members clock in and out.

Clocking In

1. Go to the **Clock** tab
2. Select the project you're working on
3. If GPS is required, allow location access
4. If selfie is required, take a photo
5. Add optional notes
6. Tap **Clock In**

Clocking Out

1. Go to the **Clock** tab
2. You'll see your active clock entry with elapsed time
3. Add any notes about the work done
4. If you're the closeout person, you'll need to submit at least one site photo
5. Tap **Clock Out**

Switching Projects

If you need to move to a different project during the day: 1. Clock out of the current project 2. Clock in to the new project 3. Each entry is tracked separately

Geofence Notifications

If your organization has geofencing enabled: - You'll get a notification when you arrive at a project site (within 100ft) - You'll get a reminder to clock out when you leave - This works in the background without opening the app

Organization Settings

Admins can configure per-organization: - Whether GPS is required - Whether selfie verification is required - Project-level overrides for specific job sites
